I'm young and a naturally skilled therapist. I’m fully qualified & insured therapist. I specialise in Raynor Massage, a deep tissue therapeutic treatment.

Having sports related injuries and lower back pain led me to seek therapy through massage.

Once I become pain free again, I started to value my body and overall health more seriously.

Having received and benefited from regular massage, it made me think that I would like to help other people get back in shape with less need for medicine or pills, which often only treat the symptoms and don’t get to the root of the problem.

So my journey to learn healing therapies began...

I initially learnt Traditional Thai Massage from a Thai person that I visited regularly for treatment and she agreed to teach me her traditional, eastern approach.

I then wanted to expand my knowledge with formal training and it was then I discovered Raynor Massage which has a rather unique approach to massage.

I trained with Raynor Massage in London with Dave Taylor, who teaches this amazing therapy at his School in Putney.

The goal of this technique is simple. It’s to find residual tension in the body and get rid of it.
